ALL TOWNS — There was a big push to get people to vote in advance by mail this year, so even when tonight’s election results are counted (and they will be presented here shortly after 8 p.m.), we may not know the winners in close races until later in the week.
Two Hoboken-based blogs (TheHobokenJournal@blogspot and HobokenHorse@blogspot) said that there are a little under 1,100 absentee ballots for the Hoboken race this year, but they haven’t been verified yet.
Will the mayor’s race be that close? It was within about 700 votes next time. Stay tuned!
