A funeral mass took place Nov. 11 at St. Paul the Apostle Church, Jersey City, for Ida Peretti, 97. She died Nov. 8 at home in Jersey City. Born in the Bronx, she lived in Jersey City all her life. She worked in the food service department of The Jersey City Medical Center Margaret Hague Pavilion and St. Ann’s Home, Jersey City many years ago. Ida was predeceased by her husband Pompilio Peretti; her son Claude Peretti; her two daughters, Josephine Corio and Angela Ambrosio; and her brother Anthony Critelli. Surviving are her son John Peretti; 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren and seven great great-grandchildren. Services arranged by the Greenville Memorial Home, Jersey City.
