JERSEY CITY —It was nearly 55 years ago — in 1955, when rock and roll was young and “Greasers” were all the rage — that a college student named Frank Lancellotti walked into the Jersey City Public Library and borrowed the“New Spanish-English and English-Spanish Dictionary” by Arthur Angeli, published in 1911.
However, it wasn’t until this year that the book got returned.
