A funeral mass was offered Dec. 23 at our Lady of Fatima Church forThomas “Sonny” Connelly, Jr., of West New York. He died Dec. 18. Sonny was a veteran of the US Army during the Korean conflict. Later, he worked as a pipe insulator and was a member of Local 12, Asbestos Workers of America. He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Gaffney). He was the brother of Margaret McCarthy, William Connelly and the late Mildred Viskovich, and the uncle of Lorraine, Cindy, George, Thomas, Robert and Joseph.
