A funeral liturgy was held Dec. 21 at Church of the Assumption, Emerson, NJ, for Rose L. Rainone, 97, formerly of North Bergen. She passed away Dec. 17. She was the wife of the late Nicholas Rainone; the aunt of James Lamatina and his wife Ronnie, Maria Lamatina Lentini and her husband Patsy, Robert Lamatina and his wife Barbara, the Honorable Louis Lamatina, Mayor of Emerson and his wife Jeanine, and the late Rose Lamatina Bianchi and her late husband Frank Bianchi; the grand aunt of Chris and his wife Kelly Day Bianchi, Maria Bianchi, Alfonso Lentini and his wife Lisa Beth, Angelina Lentini Yanick and her husband Eric, Brian Lamatina and his wife Maleesa, James Lamatina, Melissa Lamatina and her husband Joseph, Stephenie Lamatina Sacca and her husband Tony, and Lauren and Allison Lamatina, and the sister of the late Bridget Lanza, Louis, Dominick and Edward Lamatina.
