Thom Filicia, the innovative decorating star of TV shows like “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” and “Dress My Nest” joins Dr. Edward Poon, Chair of Radiology at Jersey City Medical Center at the soon-to-be-completed five-story Medical Office Building on the campus of the hospital. Filicia is donating his time and expertise to design the interior for the Christie Kerr Women’s Center which will open here in April 2010. The Center will provide insured and uninsured women with state-of-the-art digital mammography and diagnostic and breast support care services. The Center is named for the professional golfer and founder of “Birdies for Breast Cancer.
