Funeral mass was offered Jan. 30 Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington, for Deborah A. Garvin, 55, a lifelong resident of Jersey City. She died Jan. 27 at the Hackensack Hospice, Hackensack. She was the wife of the late Dennis; daughter of the late Peter and Helen Kachel; sister of Peter Kachel Jr., Bruce Kachel and the late Richard Kachel; aunt of many nieces and nephews.
