Shame on you

Dear Editor:
Shame on you Hudson Reporter, for promoting the use of tobacco. My father passed away 60 years ago. He used tobacco from an early age and passed away from heart failure. Two of my neighbors, one next door and one the next door, passed away at an early age, lung cancer and heart failure respectively. Both were heavy users of tobacco. I can’t even tolerate tobacco from across the street. What were you thinking to do such a disgraceful act as to promote tobacco consumption. When I walk on the street by the high school, I am appalled to witness the high school children smoking.
Also it really disturbs me that Mayor Turner shows approval of this shameful act, to appear at the cigar store on February 11. Say it isn’t so.
