A funeral service took place Feb. 8 for Vincent Paul Black. He passed away Jan. 31 at home. He had been employed as a construction worker. He was the father of one son. He was the son of Laura Black and the late Leon Richard Black, and the brother of Leon (Cathy E.) Jr., and Kevin Black, Irene (Lavon) Black-White, Yvonne (Everton) Samuels, Marie (Fairbank) Givens and the late Anita Black. He was the nephew of two uncles and four aunts; uncle of eight nieces; four nephews; great-uncle of seven great-nieces; seven great-nephews; and also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Services arranged by the Watson Mortuary Service, Jersey City.
