New programs in combat cardio kickboxing, Okinawa karate and Miyama-Ryu Ju-Jutsu are now being offered at the UWA School of Self-Defense and Martial Arts Federation, and sign-ups are taking place now. Programs will be available for all ages, from three to adult. The UWA also offers a program special for adults over 35 years old and senior citizens.
Beginning now, UWA (at their first location at 250 Broadway – corner of 10th Street – and their second location at 1683 Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City – under new management) is offering a new A+ After School Martial Arts programs, with classes for Little Dynamos (3 to 5 years old), children (6 to 13 years old), and 14 years old to adult.
“The new A+ Martial Arts Program is fun and exciting physical exercise, which will help you and your child increase power, speed, endurance, flexibility, balance, and coordination,” said educator Wright.
