Funeral services were held Feb. 20 for the Hon. Agustin Sanchez, 73. He passed away Feb. 19 at his home in Secaucus. Born in La Habana, Cuba where he was a practicing attorney, Mr. Sanchez obtained his law license in the US in 1976 and later became Union City Municipal Court Judge before retiring. He is survived by his wife Carmen; his daughters, Ileana Fragoso and Ivonne Paneque and her husband Tomas R. Paneque. He was the grandfather of Catalina Fragoso, Tomas Paneque, Cristina Fragoso and Agustin Paneque. He is also survived by his brothers, Juan and Tito Sanchez and many nieces and nephews; also surviving him is his brother-in-law, Ulises Ramon.
