A funeral mass was offered May 4 at SS Joseph and Michael’s Church for Dorothy Ann Conway of Mahwah, formerly of Union City. She passed away April 29. She worked as an assembler for Pyramid Electronics in North Bergen and later for 20 years in the embroidery industry. She was the wife of the late Harold and mother of Sheryl Lopez-Chavez and her husband, Al. Dorothy was predeceased by two brothers, Joseph and Gerard DePerna. Dorothy is survived by many cousins, especially Marilyn Genovese, a cousin in name but a sister by heart. Her family was her life and she enjoyed trips to the Jersey Shore and vacationing with her family in the winter in Hollywood, Fla., living recently in Norfolk Village Senior Center in Mahwah.
