HOBOKEN — The much-discussed new location for the municipal garage will NOT be voted on at tonight’s City Council meeting, according to City Hall – but that doesn’t mean that a supposed location at Sixth and Jackson streets isn’t a top choice among those being considered by the city. Thus, some members of that neighborhood may come out tonight to voice their concerns about the prospective location.
Possibly more controversial: The council will discussing an ethics code proposed by Councilwoman Beth Mason, a city car share program, and several legal contracts. As always, the public will have their say.
You can watch the meeting live right here after 7 p.m. (Agenda and backup). — TJC
