Dear Editor:
You usually only hear complaints about people and what is happening around town, but I wanted to let people know about a totally difference experience. On Wednesday, May 26, I was waiting at the bus stop at Ninth and Clinton at about 9AM. All of a sudden I didn’t feel well and fainted. When I woke up, there were several people who came to my aid. Someone gave me water, and they were even going to call an ambulance for me.
Although I do not know the names of anyone who helped me, I wanted to publicly thank everyone who came to my rescue and for the kindness of strangers. They assisted me even when they didn’t know me. This truly shows that there are still good and kind people in Hoboken, and they should be recognized and thanked.
Thanks again,
Tammy F
