Funeral services took place June 19 for Sandra Layton Cullen, 62, formerly of West New York. She passed away June 16. She was born in Weehawken. Sandra worked at the Hudson County Schools of Technology for 25 years before retiring in 2004. She was the daughter of Jenny Cullen and the late Joseph Cullen; mother of Melissa Layton-Dela Cruz, of Middletown, N.Y.; sister of Joann McCool and Patrick Cullen; and grandmother of Joshua and Matthew Dela Cruz. She is also survived by her friends, Marianne Cooper, Mary Caye, Franzese and Michael Videyko and many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
