Hundreds of Hudson County residents recently learned some tips on living a health life from Palisades Medical Center at their recent community health fair, held at James J. Braddock Park.
As part of their community outreach program, health screenings and evaluations in both English and Spanish were provided to residents free of charge.
Residents had the opportunity to ask questions about their health conditions and get blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol testing.
