Hudson School thanks businesses for fundraiser help

Dear Editor:
On behalf of The Hudson School in Hoboken, I want to express my appreciation to the following businesses for their generous support of our recent Art and Music Fundraiser. Their absolutely delicious culinary offerings – hors d’oeuvres and entrées – enhanced our event immensely.
Businesses who donated food included Anthony David, Imposto Pizzeria, Pita Grill, Pizza Republic, Candy Shoppe, Edible Arrangements, Farside, Karma Kafe, Turning Point, The Madison Bar and Grill, Court Street Restaurant, Tutta Pasta Restauant, Robongi Restaurant, Lepore’s Homemade Chocolates, It’s Greek To Me and Garden of Eden.
The Art and Music Fundraiser would not have been possible without the participation of local musicians. Music was provided by guitarist Anthony Bez, Jeremy Beck Quartet, and vocalist Jennifer Lampert.
Artists and filmmakers who contributed works included Ozlem Baygum, Blokt, John Breiner, Thomas John Carlson, Tim Daly, Michelle Doll, Chris Dulpher, Dylan Egon, Robert Foreman, Heather Gargon, Kayt Hester, Ian Kuali’i, Abe Lincoln, Jr., Sean Lugo, Norman Kirby, Arnold Lewis, Olivia Newman, Pawn, Robert Piersanti, Orlando Reyes, Robin Schwartz, ThenOne, and students from The Hudson School, including Annakiya Anderson, Juliana Baran, Penelope Demkin-Dick, Robin Egan, Noah Keyishian, Beau Molner, Sam Proctor, Julie Shevelove. The art exhibitions were curated by Jill Armus, Dylan Evans, Minna Packer and Robert Piersanti.
It is particularly gratifying during these financial challenging times to have the backing of local establishments, musicians and artists and to know that they all support our mission.

Gratefully,
Suellen Newman
