“Pennies for Haiti”

In recent months the children attending Mile Square Early Leaning Center at Brandt School collected $184.00 for the “Pennies for Haiti” fund, the Executive Director, Ms. Judy Barmak matched the funds and a total – amount of $368.00 was sent to The American Red Cross. Also, the children celebrated “Week of the Young Child” which ended with a “Hop-A-Thon” to benefit Muscular Dystrophy Association. The Children collected a grand total of $1,457.00 and had a blast “hopping” for a great cause. A special thanks to the children, their parents, and the Mile Square staff at Brandt school for a wonderful turnout and all their efforts.
