The Jersey City Puerto Rican Heritage Festival and Parade Committee celebrated the 50th Anniversary of the oldest parade in Jersey City by holding an event at Puccini’s Restaurant in Jersey City. The past Presidents of the parade from 1961 to 2010 were honored at the banquet.
