A funeral mass was offered July 26 at St. Anne’s Church for Nicolina Ferrari, 70. She passed away July 22. Nicolina was born in San Arsenio, Salerno, Italy, and immigrated to Jersey City in 1962. Nicolina was a retired pattern and dress maker for UHNRF. She was a devout parishioner of St. Anne’s Church, Jersey City. Nicolina was the wife for 45 years to Gennaro Ferrari; mother of Antonio Ferrari, Gennaro Ferrari, Jr. and Dina Kosc, Arsenio and Donna Ferrari; grandmother of Nicolas and Gianna Ferrari; sister of Frank, Vito and Gerardo Alfano, Angelina Ventura and Anna Pecora; and also survived by nieces, nephew and friends.
