BAYONNE — Royal Caribbean’s Explorer of the Seas, which left Bayonne on Thursday, will arrive early in Portland Maine on Sept. 3 and will ride out Hurricane Earl there before leaving late on Saturday, cruise line officials said. It had been due to be at sea today. The ship will remain in Portland until Saturday evning and sail once the U.S. Coast Guard says it is safe.
