Funeral services were held Sept. 20 at St. Joseph’s Church, Jersey City, for Ruth A. (Aeschbach) Vucak, formerly of Jersey City. She passed away at her residence on Sept. 17. She worked as an insurance agent for Muller Insurance Company in Hoboken, retiring in 2000. She was also a member of the Daughters of the Revolution and active in the Boy Scouts of America. She was the wife of the late Josip Vucak; the mother of Joseph C .Vucak and wife Gina, Elizabeth Jankowski and husband Michael; the sister of Robert Aeschbach and the late Donald Aeschbach; and the grandmother of Robert, Michael, Nicolette, Jennifer, and Victoria.
