To the Editor:
Why would American Express be out sourcing some of their work to countries abroad when we have an unemployment rate of 10 percent? The name on their credit card is American Express. Should we change it to “American Exports.”
We cannot sit back and do nothing, for when we do, some credit card companies like this one will take this as a sign we don’t care. It’s your children who will be struggling to find a job come graduation day. To whom will they look to for having failed them? You and me for not collectively taking some action to stop this. I am sure there must be a credit card company that thinks of the United States first, and to that one we should show our allegiance. Discover Card, to my knowledge, does not outsource beyond its borders.
