HUDSON COUNTY — Well, the forecasters seem to keep changing their minds, but Accuweather for the Hoboken, N.J. area said on Christmas morning that 5.1 inches of snow were predicted for the area from Sunday night into Monday, and then the forecast changed to 11 inches.
