On Friday, October 15, 2010, the Holy Name Society of St. Ann’s Church in Hoboken honored Anthony “Dinty” Iannacconi at his “Golden Anniversary” celebration for being a member and past President (1977-1987) of it’s Holy Name Society. Presenting him with this award is former Hoboken Mayor and current President of the Holy Name Society, Pat Pasculli. “Dinty” became a member of the society back in 1960 when the first of his four children attended St. Ann’s School. His support for St. Ann’s Parish over the years has included, but was not limited to, being an Usher and Vice-President of the PTA. He was also the Chairman of the St. Ann’s Feast, the “Golden Jubilee” celebration, Communion Breakfasts and Beef and Brews. His legacy at St. Ann’s Church is raising enough funds from the Parishioners to install air-conditioning in the Church.
