WEEHAWKEN – The Weehawken Library will host “Alexander Hamilton: His Life in Story and Song” by the Hudson River Ramblers, spotlighting the founding father, at the Nutrition Center, 201 Highwood Ave., on Friday, Sept. 30, at 7 p.m.
The evening will feature a free performance recounting highlights from the life of Hamilton, a delegate to the Constitutional Convention, major author of the Federalist papers, and the United States’ first secretary of the treasury.
It will capture his early days through his passionate political career and finally his death at the hands of Aaron Burr in a duel in Weehawken, all as told through both narrative story and song.
