84, passed away on, July 30, 2016. Cathleen was born February 2, 1932. She was a resident of Monmouth County but had lived much of her life in Bayonne. She was a graduate of Benedictine Academy and was employed in nursing as an administrator, teacher and nurse practitioner. She held several post-graduate degrees from Seton Hall and Columbia University. She was predeceased by her parents Catherine Reilly Mahoney and William Mahoney, her brothers Thomas Mahoney and William Mahoney, and her sister Marie Wilson Wheelden. She is survived by her nieces and nephews: Michael Wilson (Sue), Carol Buckland (John), Grace Soldivieri (Marty), Thomas Mahoney, Sean Mahoney (Susan), Anne Mahoney and Jerilynne Ragoonanan (David).
