David L. and Friends star at free Summer Concerts on the Hudson Wednesday, Aug. 17

WEEHAWKEN – David Lopez is a rising star and singing sensation in Panama who performs a variety of Latin American musical styles. He recently performed for tens of thousands in China and has played venues in the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and Panama. The free concert will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 17 at 7 p.m. at Lincoln Harbor Park, located on the west bank of the Hudson River in Weehawken. He will perform Latin and American standards, both classic and pop, as well his own material. This concert marks his debut in the United States as a headliner.
David will be joined by special guests, Soul/R&B/Pop singer Riquel V, Latin Pop diva Francheska, and Bachata stars Mickey & Joell of the group 24 Horas.
Free parking is available and public transportation, including NJ Transit bus from Port Authority and Light Rail, will bring concertgoers to Lincoln Harbor. Please use 1600 Harbor Boulevard for GPS directions.
Limited seating is available; however, audience members are asked to bring a lawn chair or blanket, if possible, and encouraged to picnic on the lawn.
