86, of Davie, FL, passed away at home surrounded by his family on July 24, 2016. Before retiring to Florida, George resided in Bayonne. He is survived by his wife Carole, his children Ellen & (George) Brown, Nancy Dean, George & (Becky) Dean, Suzanne Rhodes-Jacobsen, & (Brian Dameron); grandchildren Dante & (Lauren) Rhodes, Domonique & (Richard) Pawlewicz, Thomas Jacobsen, Amanda, Alyssa, Alexa, & Aleia Dean; and Joseph Lomba, great grandchildren John, Jacob, Ava, & Aiden. George was a husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to all. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Marguerite Lomba. George was a Veteran of the US Army, loved carpentry and worked as a Teamster (Local 408) for many years. In lieu of flowers, please donate in memory of George to “Make a Wish” at wish.org.
