VARSITY TRACK

At the June 29 Board of Education meeting Dr. Patricia L. McGeehan, Superintendent of Schools and Joseph Broderick, Board of Education President, recognized senior, Kailey Gallagher for her efforts on the Varsity Track Team. Kailey excelled this past Spring Track and Field season in the High Jump, with a 1st place finish in the N.J.S.I.A.A. North II Group 4 meet, her outstanding record is as follows: HCTCA Relay Winner – High Jump, HCIAL Relay Winner – High Jump, South Hudson Championship Winner High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, County Individual Winner High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, North II Group 4 Winner High Jump, Meet of Champions 10th place High Jump. Additionally, Kailey Gallagher has earned a place in the Bayonne High School record books in two events this past Spring Track and Field season: High Jump and Triple Jump. Kailey Gallagher has received four selections on this season’s All County accolades: 1st Team High Jump, 1st Team Triple Jump, 2nd Team Long Jump, Honorable Mention 400m IH.
