Fire Dept. jumped out to an early lead on Police Dept. and captured a 13-3 victory on Wednesday at Hoboken. Ten runs in the first three innings allowed Fire Dept. to put the game away early.
An RBI double by Matthew Potter, a two-run single by Patrick Cecala, and an RBI double by Dylan Eusebio in the first inning and an RBI single by Vito Zarrillo, a two-run error, and a two-run single by Matthew during the second inning supplied the early offense for Fire Dept. Patrick C got a hit in each of his two at bats. It was a good day at the plate for Police Dept.’s Luke Lasky. Luke went 2-2, drove in one and scored one run. Daniel Rashkes‘s walk-off single send Stan’s home winners, 5-4

Daniel Rashkes‘s walk-off single off of Joseph Fiore boosted Stan’s to a 5-4 win over R. Fiore Real Estate at Hoboken on Wednesday. Daniel reached base three times in the game for Stan’s. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the third and ninth innings. Joshua Sapira led Stan’s’ offensive threat, as he got on base four times in the game. He doubled in the third inning and singled in the first and ninth innings.
Noah Strandberg was hot from the plate for R. Fiore Real Estate. Noah went 4-5, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the first, second, fourth, and seventh innings. The top of the first saw R. Fiore Real Estate take an early lead, 1-0. Noah singled to ignite R. Fiore Real Estate’s offense. A stolen base then moved Noah from first to second. Stan’s brought home one run in the third inning, and matched that run total in the ninth. In the third, Stan’s scored on an RBI double by Jayden Pagan, plating Vincent Chirichella.

R. Fiore Real Estate jumps on Elks early and coasts to 17-1 win

A 10-run explosion in the first inning spurred R. Fiore Real Estate to a 17-1 win in four innings over Elks at Hoboken on Thursday.
R. Fiore Real Estate scored in the first on an RBI double by Owen Martin, a bases loaded walk by Daquan Jones, a bases loaded walk, a hit by pitch, an RBI single by Noah Strandberg, a three-run double by Sammy Cooper, and an RBI double by Owen.
Hector Vega had two extra-base hits for R. Fiore Real Estate. He doubled in the first inning, singled in the first inning, and tripled in the fourth inning. Patrick Groo singled, bringing home Zachary Fischer. Mario’s Pizza pushed more runs across when G scored on a steal of home and T scored on a groundout by Mason Fischer. Young Dems piled on four more runs in the bottom of the third. A single by Brandon Gomez ignited the offense.

Mas Demolition jumps on Piccolo’s early and coasts to 19-5 win

Mas Demolition jumped out to an early lead on Piccolo’s and captured a 19-5 victory on Friday at Hoboken. The game was decided quickly as Mas Demolition exerted its will early with 17 runs in the first three innings. An RBI single by Conner Caloni in the first inning and a walk by Seijan Messner, an RBI single by Chasen Kirk, an RBI single by Maxwell Kirk, a hit by pitch, a three-run triple by Shane Flannery, an RBI double by Conner, a walk by Chasen, a two-run error, an RBI single by Giulio Petrocelli, an RBI single by Shane, and an RBI single by Conner during the second inning supplied the early offense for Mas Demolition. The teams traded runs for most of the contest, leading to four lead changes in the game. Conner racked up three RBIs on three hits for Mas Demolition. The teams combined for 17 hits, including four extra base hits. Young Dems beat Stan’s thanks to 12 hits, including four extra base hits. After pushing across three runs in the bottom of the fifth, Stan’s faced just a 14-11 deficit. An error, an error, and a steal of home by Vincent triggered Stan’s’ comeback.

Police Dept. falls 13-7 at the hands of Russo’s

Russo’s beat Police Dept. on Saturday 13-7 at Hoboken in six innings. Russo’s scored five runs in the fifth on Russo’s scored in the fifth on an RBI single by ANthony Fragosa, and a three-run triple by Alec Lucken. Cassesa’s drop Fire Dept. 5-3 behind Jake Landsbergis‘s early single

Cassesa’s built an early lead against Fire Dept., scoring three runs in the first inning, en route to a 5-3 win on Saturday at Hoboken. Cassesa’s scored in the first on an RBI single by Jake Landsbergis, a steal of home by Jake, and a solo home run by Oliver Harag. Cassesa’s staved off Fire Dept. as Fire Dept. was unable to match Cassesa’s down the stretch. Fire Dept. scored on an RBI single by Andrew Bellissimo and an RBI double by Seshan Ganesan in the first inning and an RBI double by Seshan in the fifth inning. Despite its efforts, Fire Dept. couldn’t get over the hump. Jack Giattino reached base three times in the game for Cassesa’s. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He tripled in the second inning. Cassesa’s added two more runs in the top of the second. The inning got off to a hot start when Jack tripled, bringing home Alex Giattino. That was followed up by Anthony’s single, scoring Jack.

Chirichella Boys defeats Elks 11-5

Saturday wasn’t a banner performance for Matthew Stewart, but Chirichella Boys still managed to pull out an 11-5 victory over Elks in six innings at Hoboken. Matthew S boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 3-3 day at the plate to pace Chirichella Boys. He singled in the second and fifth innings and doubled in the sixth inning. Chirichella Boys increased its lead with five runs in the second. A single by Ben Cecala ignited the offense, bringing home Rafeal Woss.

Fire Dept. take out Stan’s with help from Patrick Luongo, 5-3

Matthew Potter recorded the win for Fire Dept. He allowed three runs over 4 2/3 innings. Matthew struck out six, walked two and gave up three hits. Joshua Sapira was the game’s losing pitcher. He lasted just 4 1/3 innings, walked six, struck out three, and allowed five runs. Stan’s jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the top of the first. A single by Jayden Pagan, bringing home Joshua started the inning off. The game was never in doubt after the third, as Fire Dept. scored five runs on three singles.

Sammy Cooper hits and pitches R. Fiore Real Estate to 6-4 victory

Sammy Cooper powered R. Fiore Real Estate at the plate and on the bump Monday, willing R. Fiore Real Estate to a 6-4 victory over Chirichella Boys.
R. Fiore Real Estate was led by a flawless day at the dish by Sammy, who went 2-2 against Chirichella Boys’ pitching. He singled in the third inning and tripled in the fourth inning. R. Fiore Real Estate staved off Chirichella Boys as Chirichella Boys was unable to match R. Fiore Real Estate down the stretch. Chirichella Boys scored one run in the fifth on a fielder’s choice. Unfortunately, Chirichella Boys wasn’t able to take the lead back. Ryan Burke racked up three RBIs on one hit for Chirichella Boys. He singled in the third inning. Chirichella Boys jumped out to an early 3-0 lead in the top of the third. Chirichella Boys then tacked on more runs when P and S scored on a two-run single by Ryan. R. Fiore Real Estate never trailed after scoring four runs in the third on three singles. R. Fiore Real Estate built upon its lead with two runs in the fourth. The inning looked promising, as Sammy tripled, plating Noah Strandberg to kick things off.

Mas Demolition jumps on Elks early and coasts to 9-3 win

Mas Demolition jumped out to an early lead on Elks and captured a 9-3 victory on Tuesday at Hoboken.
The game was decided quickly as Mas Demolition exerted its will early with seven runs in the first three innings. An RBI single by Giulio Petrocelli and a two-run error in the first inning and an RBI double by Kyle Valenzuela, an RBI single by Giulio, an error, and a walk by Mike Seaton during the second inning fueled Mas Demolition’s offense early. Giulio boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 2-2 day at the plate to pace Mas Demolition. In the top of the first, Elks grabbed the early lead, 2-0. Elks pushed more runs across when B scored on a walk by Zachary Johnson.

Piccolo’s coughs up lead, Police Dept. wins 11-10

With Police Dept. trailing by one in the sixth inning, Greg Pashkovski stole home.
Jacob Schnabel got on base three times in the game for Police Dept. Each team blasted the other’s pitching, and there were 21 total runs and 12 hits during the game. Relief pitchers got their fill of innings during the game, with the opposing managers using six pitchers in total. Ryan Balouma got the win for Police Dept. He pitched one shutout inning. Ryan struck out three, walked none and gave up no hits. Rocco Riccardi Jr., Chris Riccardi, Greg and Lucas Rakela helped lead Police Dept. They combined for four hits and three RBIs. Piccolo’s jumped out to an early 3-0 lead in the top of the first. Mike Wright kicked things off for Piccolo’s with a single. Then moved Mike from first to second. More runs came home for Piccolo’s on a two-run double by Kyle Knoblaugh. It didn’t take long for Police Dept. to answer as it scored three runs of its own in the first. Police Dept. scored on a two-run triple by Chris. Police Dept. scored three runs of its own in the third. Police Dept. scored on a groundout by Rafeal Rothkegel, a steal of home by Rocco, and an RBI single by Lucas.

Jake Landsbergis leads Cassesa’s to 12-1 victory

An impressive two-way performance from Jake Landsbergis led Cassesa’s to a 12-1 win Wednesday over Mario’s Pizza, as Jake came up huge at the dish and on the hill. Jake racked up five RBIs on two hits for Cassesa’s. He tripled in the first and second innings. Twelve runs in the first three innings helped Cassesa’s blow out Mario’s Pizza. A two-run triple by Jake and a steal of home by Jake in the first inning and a three-run triple by Jake, a steal of home by Jake, and a steal of home by Wyatt Flett during the second inning helped Cassesa’s put some runs on the board early.

Russo’s defeats Stan’s after late game double, 7-4

Russo’s finally managed to grab the lead after a strong sixth inning. Russo’s scored on a two-run double by Matthew Harasek off Shay Buckley, plating Joel Lopez and Lief Urias. Matthew Harasek racked up two RBIs on one hit for Russo’s. In the top of the first, Russo’s grabbed the early lead, 2-0. The scoreboard lit up again for Russo’s when L scored on a groundout by ANthony Fragosa. Stan’s scored one run in the first inning, and then followed it up with one more in the third. In the first, Stan’s scored on a solo home run by Vincent Chirichella. Stan’s scored two runs of its own in the fifth. Stan’s scored on a two-run double by Jayden Pagan.

R. Fiore Real Estate jumps on Police Dept. early and coasts to 17-5 win

Pitchers had a tough day during the game between Elks and Piccolo’s, as the two teams put up 21 runs combined in a 11-10 Elks win. The teams totaled 12 hits, including five extra base hits in the game. Alfredo Gonzalez led Piccolo’s’ offensive threat, as he got on base three times in the game. He scored three runs and had one RBI. He singled in the first and third innings.

Cassesa’s tops Young Dems in back-and-forth affair, 5-4
Cassesa’s and Young Dems exchanged the lead eight times on Friday, but Cassesa’s ended up on top with a 5-4 win in six innings over Young Dems.
Cassesa’s took the lead in the fourth inning and held on for the victory. A walk by Jack Giattino scored Ethan Ortiz and gave Cassesa’s the lead for good. The bottom of the first saw Cassesa’s take an early lead, 1-0. After a quick strike from Young Dems, Cassesa’s responded with two runs in the third. Cassesa’s scored on and. Cassesa’s didn’t give up the lead after the fourth inning.

Dual-threat carries Stan’s past Chirichella Boys 4-3

Joshua S came up big at the dish and on the bump, leading Stan’s to a 4-3 win over Chirichella Boys on Saturday at Hoboken Joshua did his best to jumpstart the offense for Stan’s, reaching base two times. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He homered in the sixth inning. Ryan Burke was solid at the plate for Chirichella Boys. Ryan went 1-3, drove in one and scored one run. He doubled in the fourth inning. The teams traded runs for most of the contest, leading to seven lead changes in the game. Stan’s pulled out the win thanks to a strong sixth inning. Stan’s went up for good on a solo home run by Joshua Sapira. Chirichella Boys jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the top of the first. Stan’s tied the game in the fifth on an RBI single by Renaldo Peguero that scored Jayden Pagan.
