‘Today’ Show news anchor is selling her Hoboken brownstone

HOBOKEN – Today Show co-anchor Natalie Morales has listed her historic uptown Hoboken brownstone at 1234 Garden St. for sale, reports real estate website Jersey Digs.
The house, which the website says has charm but also features many modern flashes, is listed by Halstead Properties with an asking price of $3.1 million. The five-bedroom, 3½-bath home has 3,600 square feet of interior living space over four levels. The taxes are just under $27,000 per year.
Morales is reportedly moving to Los Angeles to be ‘Today’s’ West Coast anchor and to co-host “Access Hollywood” this summer.
The $3.1 million sticker price might actually be a relative bargain, the story says. A Hudson Street brownstone recently sold for a record-breaking $6.5 million and another restored Garden Street property just hit the market last month asking $3.95 million.
