Saint Augustine School celebrated its 125th anniversary on April 27 at the Sister Roberta O’Hea Scholarship Dinner.
The three honorees of the evening were The Honorable Edward Defazio, Judy Barrios Blanco PhD, and, in memoriam, Steven O’Connor.
The 200 attendees included the Newark Archdiocesan Superintendents, Sisters of Charity General Superior and Councilors, faculty, parents, essay contest winners, and family members. Our friend Justice Marie Garibaldi was remembered with a beautiful memorial table.
Organizers declared the evening a “huge success.”
