Watch for new date for Hoboken Arts and Music Festival

HOBOKEN — The city of Hoboken announced Saturday afternoon that the 22nd annual Hoboken Arts and Music Festival originally planned for Sunday, May 1 will be rescheduled due to a forecast of heavy rain.
The change was also decided “in coordination with headliner Leon Russell.” Showers are expected to start at 9 a.m. Sunday and run throughout the day.
A new date is to be announced, city officials said.
The festival will take over Washington Street, featuring over 300 artists, crafters, photographers, local vendors and businesses.
