91, passed away at Bayonne Medical Center on January 16, 2016 surrounded by his family. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II in both the Atlantic and Pacific theaters. After being discharged from the service, he worked at Western Electric, Kearny, followed by many years of service at Exxon Mobil before retiring. He was predeceased by his parents John and Anna Hudak (nee: Korba), his brothers John and Joseph, infant son George Richard and grandson Michael John. He was husband to Anna Hudak (nee: Mihalcin) for 69 years. He was the father of John “Jack” (Carol), Marilyn Perseghin and Robert (JoAnne). He was the caring grandfather of Allison Mastrogiacomo (Mike), Nicholas Perseghin, Andrew Perseghin (Kaitlin), Justine Hudak, Laura Hoefel (Andrew), Corina Hudak and a great-grandfather of Brody, Emma, Olivia and Mason. He was the brother of Margaret Zepko and husband Joseph. Brother-in-law of Mary Smith and husband Calvin. He is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
