Jersey City Medical Center hosts asthma risk assessment

JERSEY CITY — To kick off the BEAM (Breathe Easier with Asthma) program, representatives of the Wealth from Health Program at Jersey City Medical Center-Barnabas Health provided on-site asthma risk assessments and education for members of the New Jersey Boys and Girl Clubs. Dr. Susan Walsh, medical director of the Wealth from Health Program, said, “One of our top priorities is to address pediatric asthma by including children and families as true partners in setting goals for optional health”
