Halloween fell on a Saturday this year, so more families than ever had the chance to participate in Hoboken’s traditional Ragamuffin Parade. After that, goblins, ghouls, and minions swarmed nearby businesses and homes to trick-or-treat.
Especially popular were some displays on upper Bloomfield and Garden streets, like the one pictured.
