Mr. Ruge is survived by his children, Jessica, Barbara Ann and Joseph Ruge, and their mother, Debbie Ruge and his daughter, Nicole Ruge; his grandchild, Hailey Pascarella; and his siblings, Daniel, and his wife, Jackie, Michael and Craig Ruge and Janet Elias, and her husband, Tom.
