Peninsula City Renegades defeat Middlesex Youth Soccer Raptors, 6-2

The visiting PC Renegades defeated Middlesex Youth S.A. Raptors 6-2 to open the fall season. The Renegades were led in scoring by two goals each for Jaiden Garcia and Abdelizza Fezani. Nico Chiaravalloti scored on a direct kick from the 22-yard line and Damian Felipe capped the scoring for the Renegades. Nick Reusa started in goal and played strong defense in second half. The Renegades defense was anchored by Tony Sherkawy and Jose Morraz. Forwards Aman Adeel and Alex Muise provided continued pressure for the Renegades. Midfielders AJ Pyranowski and Yacine Nemiri controlled the pace of the game as the visiting team dominated from the opening whistle. PC Renegades were playing in their opening game of the Mid NJ Youth Soccer League. Coach Nicholas Chiaravalloti stated, “The boys played well. They worked hard and played as a team. I am proud of their effort.”
