Dear Editor:
I just wanted to say that our switch to Zipcar is working. At first, I could not get the transfer deal for Hoboken, so I had two accounts going and etc. The mess was mine. I wrote to Zip, but really needed a vehicle on a certain day, so the next day I went to the office. Geez, I got on the 33rd path and went all the way to the end, went left when I finished the steps, looked right and there was the awning. They were so nice and so professional.
I can say that I was impressed. My problem had been fixed, so I got my card and activated it in the office. The next day, I zipped off. It was so easy that I had to call them to make sure I had done it right. Zippin’ along folks. I am now a believer.
