HOBOKEN – Weekend commuters take note.
The NJ transit announced in a customer alert that, due to construction work of the south Hoboken terminal, the Hudson Bergen light rail at the Hoboken station will not run this weekend. Instead, shuttle buses will operate between the Hoboken Terminal and Newport Station on Saturday, Oct. 3 through Sunday, Oct. 4.
Light rail service will operate on normal weekend service and arrival/departure times will remain the same. For updates call NJ TRANSIT at 973-275-5555 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily.
