BAYONNE – The city of Bayonne will hold a health fair on Tuesday, Oct. 6, from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m., in Fitzpatrick Park, Avenue C between 26th and 27th streets.
The event will offer Bayonne residents the opportunity to receive health information, diabetic health instruction, and free testing for blood pressure, HIV, cholesterol, and blood lead level.
“Improving the health of the community is one of the best things that local government can do,” said Mayor James Davis.
In the event of rain Oct. 6, the health fair would take place on Wednesday, Oct. 7, at the same location and hours.
