HUDSON COUNTY — We’ve lucked out weatherwise with a string of sunny days recently, but our luck is about to run out.
Accuweather says that Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, we’ll get some rain and wind. It will be lighter on Thursday.
Some forecasters say we may get a nor’easter later in the week or possibly, after the weekend, Tropical Storm Joaquin, trackable with this link. As of Tuesday, the NOAA predicts the storm will dither a bit, then meander up the East Coast. Could it then turn and hit us directly, like Hurricane Sandy? Who knows? This seems to be the era of the October surprise, stormwise.
