Boy dies after jumping off roof in Jersey City

JERSEY CITY — A 13-year-old boy jumped from the roof of a building at the corner of Baldwin and Hopkins avenues at approximately 7:45 a.m. on Sept.15.
According to Jennifer Morrill, spokesperson for the Jersey City Department of Public safety, the boy was pronounced dead at Jersey City Medical Center-Barnabas Health. Investigators do not suspect foul play at this time.
