To the Editor:
Elite Waste Services apologizes for my company’s inability to provide quality service to the city of Bayonne. My company was hired to collect the recyclables for the city under an emergency two-month contract. As many of you know, that job didn’t get done completely. As a resident of the city and a small business owner I am sorry for any inconvenience that we may have caused. The failure was not the fault of any city official but rests solely with circumstances beyond our control that affected my company.
