HUDSON COUNTY — Weather forecasters say that thunderstorms will move into the area tonight — and the storm is expected to be so strong that the Hudson County Office of Emergency Management actually just sent out this email: “Thunderstorms are expected to develop overnight bringing heavy rain to most of New Jersey. The slow moving storms may produce damaging winds and flash flooding locally. Lows will be around 70 degrees. Showers and thunderstorms will continue through Tuesday night, some of which may produce more heavy rain and strong winds. Highs will be around 80 degrees again Tuesday.
The wet weather should clear by Wednesday.”
