REBUILDING THE RINK — Representatives from the city, the boards of education and contractors held a ceremony to mark the start of reconstruction at the Richard Korpi Ice Rink. The facility at Bayonne High School between Avenue A and Newark Bay will be rebuilt with funding from a municipal bond ordinance. CL Construction has the contract for rebuilding the facility. Consulting and Municipal Engineering (CME) is serving as engineering consultant.
