WEST NEW YORK – Juan Carlos Garcia-Gomez, 20, of Union City, has been charged with murder.
Garcia-Gomez allegedly shot Lazaro Uriaqs-Herandez, 19, of West New York in the head on July 1 near 53rd Street.
The Prosecutor’s Office credited both the West New York and Union City Police Departments in assisting in the investigation.
