94, of Bayonne, passed away June 11, 2015. He worked for 32 years as a meat manager of A&P before his retirement. He served in World War II with the 1st Marine Division in The South Pacific receiving many honors including the Distinguished Service Award. He was active with several organizations even later in life. Joseph is survived by his wife Grace (nee: Manno) of 70 years; and daughters Camille Jessen and Janet Calcaterra Koslow; grandchildren Karl Jessen and his wife Lona; Lauren Maldonado and her husband, Forte, Karen Jessen and her husband, Robert; Eric Koslow and his wife, Renee; Damon Koslow and his wife, Maritza; Holli Koslow Boehm and her husband Michael. He is survived by many great-grandchildren; and his sister Mildred Kelly, brothers-in-law Ralph Manno and Donald Muzzio; and sister- in-law Penny Covella. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Joseph’s memory to The Our Lady of The Assumption Soup Kitchen.
