HOBOKEN—The North Hudson Community Action Corporation and the Hoboken Housing Authority have teamed up to hold a Community Job & Health Fair on Wednesday, April 15 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at James Monroe Gardens. The event will feature job opportunities in office work, security, housekeeping, and warehouses, among other fields. Medical professionals will be on hand to perform screenings for hearing, blood pressure, glucose, and dental issues. In addition, information will be available on social services such as the WIC Program, Immigration Assistance and Supportive Services for Veterans and their Families (SSVF). James Monroe Gardens is located at 221 Jackson St. in Hoboken. The event is free of charge.
